Coaching

Coaching can be online or in person, weekly or monthly. We talk about your physical, mental and emotional health, set goals and work on achieving them. I offer a safe space to create empowerment, consciousness and support for you to change, regain and feel healthy again.

Sessions are 60 minutes long and depending on your goals and need for support, the meeting will be held weekly, biweekly or monthly.
