Physical Therapy and Massage Sessions

Massage and physical therapy sessions start at 60 minutes in length, and you can choose from a variety of techniques I have specialized in. We create the session and define the tools we will use based on your physical needs and goals. 



Physical Therapy Session

Focused on diagnosing injury, treating the different body parts with a variety of therapies (Deep Oscillations, TENS, Theragun massage gun, dry needling, manual therapy, wood, others). 60 minutes

Lymphatic Draining

Soft, slow, repetitive movements to drain major lymphatic areas and accelerate detoxification processes in the body. 60 minutes long.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deeper and more powerful massage focused on releasing knots, fascia and pain. Longer strokes and can have emphasis on bigger body muscles. 60 or 90 minutes.

Relaxing Massage

Disconnect from daily stress and leave all your worries behind! With my hands we work every part of the body to loose knots, release tension and help you let go. 60, 90 or 120 minutes long.
